Beware of shoe cleaner kit | bad customer service
On top of having bad customer service, they were inconsiderate. I only had the shoes for two months and when I cleaned the shoes with the foaming toms shoe cleaner my shoes FADED. They refused to replace or refund. Will not be purchasing for Toms again. Very Inconsiderate of them especially when you have been purchasing from them for a while.

Terrible quality
I've ordered 3 pairs of sneaker, once arrived tried them on briefly, they seemed fine so thru out packaging and tags. After a short walk to shops my heels are damaged and started bleeding.
Now for returns customer service repetitively asking for packaging and tags which I can't retrieve. Even tho I Cleary stated I no longer have it.

I ordered two pairs of TOMS (Canada) and needed to return one due to a sizing issue. Had to pay and cover the expenses of shipping the shoes back to them (almost $30 CND without insurance and tracking). Was told by the agent that they cannot do anything about this, as it was in their FAQs (in which I politely said that return policy should be clearly informed before you hit "purchase").
The agent was unwilling to give me any help. Informed the agent that I have dealt with other online purchases from different companies (both Canadian and American) and a packing slip for the return was provided by the said company. The agent then offered a $10 credit, which I felt was adding insult as I feel I am paying them for shoes they can resell?! (and charge shipping fees to send to the next customer).
Absolutely horrible service. Wish I read these reviews beforehand.
I am waiting for a call back from a manager in hopes to have a better solution provided.

Post Office Returned but I have to pay for new ones?
I never received my shoes, the post office sent them back to TOMS, but I was told that I would have to wait 7-10 business days after they received them at the warehouse and then I would need to reorder them (at a higher price since the original order had a promo code) and repay for them. Chatted with an agent who was condescending and then didn’t send a code he said he would. I didn’t return them the post office did so why put that burden on the customer? I don’t understand why they wouldn’t ship out new pairs and don’t issue a refund, issue a replacement. The shoes were never in my possession! Even if I did reorder after being issued the refund in total it would be 6 weeks from the time of my original order by the time the refund and new order were placed. I really liked TOMS but after this no thank you, they’ve lost a family of customers!
Poorly made style, and very poor customer service, Don't order online if your from Canada
Bought three pairs of shoes one matching pair for my daughter and myself, they came is and the style was poorly thought out the sole is so high doesn't give enough space for your foot to fit comfortable. Went to return it to find out that there's no free return in Canada. So I went to the post office and it cost me 33.00 to return the shoes what a waste of my money, will never buy again from toms online or toms for that matter. I called customer service to see if there the anything they can do and they simply said nope sorry. All companies should offer free returns it there is no physical store available for returns!

Horrible customer service
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, I never received them it says not deliverable address. UPS returned back to Toms on 3-25-22 its is now 4-27-22 no refund and no way to contact Toms no chat available and phone # doesn't work. Worse decision I ever made to order shoes from Tom's so upset. I had to give at least 1 star or I would of done none HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I have had a pair before this and ordered according to the previous size
When my 2 new pairs came they were 1 inch shorter although both were suppose to be 71/2.
I have been in touch h with customer service twice hoping they would pay for my return shipping as this was not my fault.
They have refused !!!

Dont buy - returns at your own costs!
I bought the wrong shoe size. It's 2022 you would imagine that returns would be easy. You have to pay for your return! So now im $40 out, and no shoes. They would not even offer to cover in store credits. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will ever ever buy this brand.

They don't even deserve a one star, the quality of your crappy shoes are like paper. I could barely slip the shoes on when they should just be regular slip ons. In the process of trying to get them on they pinched the skin on my foot and caused a HUGE bruise. Screw this company, their shoes are straight trash and I will NEVER order from them again. Should of just kept getting my Skechers bobs, WAY better shoe company! DON'T waste your money at TOMS, I had a feeling I shouldn't have when I did and I was right !

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Where to begin. This was such an awful and aggravating experience. Do not order from them. I ordered from tom’s to have a pair before I left on a trip (one month long). I ordered 2 weeks before, and was told it would take 2-4 business days for delivery. I said ok, that’s good. Enough time to try them on and if they don’t fit it’s no problem, I would just return them and buy a bigger pair.
Toms made a mistake in delivery (as per Canada post website) and now the delivery is expected to happen AFTER I leave.
since I’m leaving and need new shoes for my trip, I decided I’d go shopping elsewhere. I called toms to ask for cancellation, in which they said they can’t cancel, but if i want my order earlier I should call Canada post and ask them to speed up the process!!! The audacity.
It gets worse though - I was told my return window is 2 weeks after I receive them. While I’m on vacation! I said that this was absolutely absurd and I needed an extension.
The lady on the phone told me “we can try and request it but I can’t guarantee it”. She also said I would need to PAY for my return.
So all this to say; they lie about delivery dates, they tell you to call the shipping company instead of them doing their jobs, they don’t care if shipping is delayed - your return window is not, they will charge you to return their items, odds are they won’t even refund you after you return them.

Horrible customer service
Purchased slippers for my DIL for Christmas. They were too narrow and were returned without issue…. Until I was ONLY given store credit instead of a full return. The argument was that they weren't returned within 30 days of purchase. Normally that's not an issue, but nearly all stores give extra time at the Christmas holiday. Will never buy from them again

Poor quality- boots do not last long
I bought the Cleo boot (black) in my size at the end of the Fall season in 2020. I have only worn them for less than 2 seasons and the stitching quickly ripped and the front flap of material has now detached.

I returned items from an online order and I had to call customer service twice for them to process my refund. If a company gives you a hard time refunding your money after a proper return of ordered items, it makes you feel like your being duped. I am not going to order shoes from this company again. Other companies have mastered the return process. This company better step up. Their return process sucks to say the least
